Mrs. Morse's 4th hour students did an amazing job presenting on two different satirical stories. Groups members took turns covering genres, target audience, and satirical techniques. The students showed a great deal of courage with their public speaking. #GoChiefs!!

Working with the VFW and Voice of Democracy essay competition, members of CHS were recently selected to represent Cheboygan and speak at the Veterans' Day program. Award winners were also given medals and a scholarship to the school of their choice. Congrats to First place: Addison Ptasnik, 2nd: Riley Roznowski, 3rd: Gabe Sabolski. Each of the students were involved through AP Literature and English 111. Congrats to each of the students awarded, and Mr. Markham and Mrs. Safford for their continued support to the program.
