As a reminder, one of our District Goals is to recruit and retain highly qualified teachers, administrators, and support staff. I am pleased to share that our building principals and interview committees have done an outstanding job this summer recruiting exceptional candidates to join the Cheboygan Area Schools team.

At our next Board of Education meeting, we will recommend four teachers for approval, bringing our summer total to seven new teachers and one new administrator. Thank you to everyone who dedicated their time this spring and summer to interviewing candidates and helping us build a strong team for the 2026–2027 school year.
