Ongoing / Recently Completed

• Foundation wall forming is ongoing; rebar inspection scheduled for July 1, 2026.

• Masonry work is complete on the replacement of the gymnasium glass block windows with split-face block.

• Demolition of block walls and removal of sand beneath the stage are underway.

• Exterior metal siding preparation continues, including the installation of plywood over the existing EIFS.

• Installation of two new boilers is ongoing.

• Carpenters are reframing exterior openings for new ventilation louvers.

• Underground plumbing inspection was completed and passed on June 25, 2026.

• Structural steel for the addition was delivered on June 22, 2026.

Looking Ahead

• Completion of stage demolition and removal.

• Backfilling of interior slab areas and replacement of concrete flooring.

• Carpenters will begin metal stud framing for restroom walls.

• Installation of new metal door frames for classroom entrances.

• Shoring and demolition of masonry wall openings.

• Masons will begin concrete block infill work at the stage area.

• Excavation and installation of storm drainage systems.

• Foundation wall inspection and concrete pour scheduled for July 1, 2026.
