Thanksgiving Food Box – Tuesday, November 25th
Each box contains enough food for a small family dinner, ensuring every family enjoys a special holiday meal. To participate, please get in touch with your child’s school office directly to reserve a box.
· Date: Tuesday, November 25th
· Time: Starting at 10:00 AM
· Location: Bus Barn (same as previous years)
Administrators and high school student volunteers will check registrations and load vehicles. Participants do not need to exit their cars. For questions or concerns, contact Kris Jewell at jewellk@chebschools.com.
Friday Backpack Food Program – Are You Signed Up?
Our free Friday Backpack Food Program is ongoing at every school in the district. These backpacks provide supplemental food for the weekend.
· To participate, contact your school’s main office or Cris Nesbitt at the District Office: nesbittc@chebschools.com.
· Special thanks to Inverness Academy Principal Kris Jewell and IA student volunteers who pack the bags each week—their efforts make a real difference.

Anne Frank was born in 1929 and is best known for her diary, The Diary of a Young Girl, which chronicles her life from 1942 to 1944 while hiding during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands in WWII. She died in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in Germany, just a few weeks before the camp was liberated. She was only 15 years old.
